Summary
Post medieval drainage ditches are visible as earthworks to the east of Blandford Forum on 1940s aerial photographs. The features are located northwest of a 19th century pumping station (MDO27149). They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Post medieval drainage ditches are visible as earthworks to the east of Blandford Forum on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features are located northwest of a 19th century pumping station (MDO27149). They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. Two of the northeastern most features are visible as cropmarks on APGB imagery [2].
