Summary

Ditched linear features are visible as cropmarks on the west side of Tarrant Rushton airfield on aerial photographs. The features are thought likely to be field boundaries of possible medieval to post medieval date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description

Ditched linear features are visible as cropmarks on the west side of Tarrant Rushton airfield on aerial photographs [1]. The features comprise one longer ditched curvilinear to the south of a shorter straighter ditched linear and are thought likely to be field boundaries of possible medieval to post medieval date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
