An area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the east bank of The Tarrant, south of Preston Farm, Tarrant Rushton. It was plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project and is considered likely to be medieval ridge and furrow.

An area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery [1] on the east bank of The Tarrant, south of Preston Farm, Tarrant Rushton. It was plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project and is considered likely to be medieval ridge and furrow.
