The remains of a post medieval water meadow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 [1] on the west bank of The Tarrant at Preston Farm, Tarrant Rushton. It has since been levelled [2] and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
