A post medieval drainage system is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 adjacent to the River Stour to the southwest of Tarrant Abbey [1]. The features have partially been levelled [2] and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
