Full Description
An extensive area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs straddling the boundary between Tarrant Crawford and Shapwick [1-2] . It is partially visible on recent lidar imagery [3] and is considered to be medieval or post medieval ridge and furrow. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
