An area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1982 [1] and was plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. It is still visible on recent lidar imagery [-2] and is considered likely to be medieval broad ridge and furrow.
