An extensive area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 [1]. It is still visible on recent lidar imagery [2] and was plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. The features are considered to be medieval or post medieval in date.
