Summary

Two hollows are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of the possible prehistoric enclosure described in MDO44114. They may be post medieval chalk pits although an earlier prehistoric origin is possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Two hollows are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of the possible prehistoric enclosure described in MDO44114 [1]. They may be post medieval chalk pits although an earlier prehistoric origin is possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
