Full Description

A later prehistoric or Roman rectilinear enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs dated 2015 (1). It is five-sided, 54m across and associated with three pits. It lies immediately to the north east of the linear boundary described in MDO37361 and it's eastern side runs parallel with the boundary suggesting that the two features are constemporary. It was digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
