Full Description

The site of a rectilinear enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs [1] and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project. It is 50m across with a potential entrance midway along its northeast side. It's southwest side is not visible. The enclosure is considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman origin and is a ssociated with a linear ditched boundary described in MDO44094.
