Summary

A later prehistoric ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project. It is 16m across with an entrance facing north towards Spetisbury Rings hillfort. It is considered most likely to be the site of a round house but may alternatively be the site of a round barrow. It lies immediately adjacent to a second ring ditch described separately in MDO44088).

It is 16m across with an entrance facing north towards Spetisbury Rings hillfort. It is considered most likely to be the site of a round house but may alternatively be the site of a round barrow.
