Summary

An incomplete rectilinear ditched enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Badbury Rings. It is of uncertain date, probably later prehistoric, and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project.

Full Description

An incomplete rectilinear ditched enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Badbury Rings (1). It is of uncertain date, probably later prehistoric, and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project. A circular feature, 12m across, is visible inside the enclosure which may be contemporary with it or a later feature.
