Full Description
A chalk pit is marked on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map at King Down, Pamphill to the north of the platforms described in MDO5899 (1). It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project (2).
