Full Description
A linear ditched boundary is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (1-2) and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. To the south it continues as a low bank on lidar imagery (3) and the ditch is incorprated into the field system/enclosures described in MDO43842. To the north east it continues as part of MDO43840. Overall the linear can be traced for over 900m and is considered likely to be a later prehistoric linear boundary.
