Full Description
ST 96360501. Tombstone shape enclosure, area 0.6 ha., visible on air photographs. <1-2>
An elongated D-shaped enclosure of probable later prehistoric date is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <3> and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. It is 84m by 54m in size and a single pit is visible internally. It is associated with a second enclosure MDO37235 and linear ditches MDO43837 and together may form a later prehistoric settlement.
