Full Description
A U-shaped or horse-shoe shape enclosure is visible as cropmarks on air photographs taken July 23rd 2004. It features a clear gap in its curved side, as well as being open (obviously) on the opposite side. (1)
The feature is visible on 2022 lidar imagery where it appears to form part of a wider area of later prehistoric field system (MDO43759) (EA 2022).
