The site of a Royal Observer Corps monitoring post. The site was built as part of an extensive network of posts designed to confirm and report hostile aircraft and nuclear attacks on the United Kingdom. The post was opened in June 1959 and was closed in October 1968. The site was found to be in a poor condition by the time of the Defence of Britain survey. The site was located underground on the north side of Copse Hill beside an entrance to a farm yard.

The site of a Royal Observer Corps monitoring post. The site was built as a part of an extensive network of posts designed to confirm and report hostile aircraft and nuclear attacks on the United Kingdom. The site was found to be in a poor condition by the time of the Defence of Britain survey. <a>

The post was opened in June 1959 and was closed in October 1968. The site was located underground on the north side of Copse Hill beside an entrance to a farm yard. <b>
