Summary

One of a row of houses. This house is thought to have been built in the late seventeenth or early eighteenth century, but has been modified in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The building has walls of rough, coursed rubble and a stone slate roof. Features of the interior are reported to include a chamfered beam and ceiling joists, and deep fire recess. It has been suggested that this house was once part of a larger late 16th-century house, now in several units.
