A curvilinear lynchet of uncertain, perhaps medieval or earlier, date is visible as an earthwork on a 1986 aerial photograph taken to the south of Rampisham [1]. The feature was digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project. It is still visible on Google Earth imagery.
