A sub circular ditched feature is visible as an earthwork on 1940s aerial photographs on Wether Hill, Up Cerne (1). The feature is recorded as an old chalk pit on the OS 1st Edition map (2). It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

The feature is no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery.
