Monument record MDO43035 - Post medieval field boundaries, Church Farm, Hillfield

Ditched and banked linear features are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs in fields to the southeast of Church Farm, Hillfield. The features are considered likely to be field boundaries of probable post medieval date, although an earlier origin for some is also possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

The features are still faintly visible on current Google Earth imagery.
