Two areas of ridged and ditched cultivation are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs to the north of Flowers Farm, Hillfield. The features may be those of post medieval narrow ridge and furrow and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

Two areas of ridged and ditched cultivation are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs to the north of Flowers Farm, Hillfield (1). The features are narrow and regular and may be those of post medieval narrow ridge and furrow.They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

The features are no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery.
