An area of ridged and ditched cultivation is visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs to the west of Flowers Farm, Batcombe. The features are considered likely to be those of medieval broad ridge and furrow and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

An area of ridged and ditched cultivation is visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs to the west of Flowers Farm, Batcombe (1). The features are considered likely to be those of medieval broad ridge and furrow and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

The features are no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery.
