Ditched linear features are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs on the north side of Haydon Lane, Melbury Bubb (1). The features are considered likely to be post medieval drainage ditches. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

Some features are still visible on 2005 Google Earth imagery.
