Irregular ditched cropmarks are visible on aerial photographs on the north side of Grimstone Down, Stratton (1). The features may be post medieval chalk pits, although a natural origin is also possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project. The features are not visible on current Google Earth imagery.
