Full Description
Banked linear features are visible as earthworks on current Lidar imagery on Grimstone Down, Stratton (1). The features are situated within an extensive Iron Age/Romano-British field system (MDO42865) but their straight narrow character suggests historic field boundaries of probable post medieval date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.
