Summary
The Pillbox Study Group note the 1958 Ordnance Survey 1:2500 map indicates the former position of one of a pair of segmented, precast concrete Stanton-type air-raid shelters. Aerial photography rom January 1947 shows these associated with a small dispersal of huttments.

The shelter cannot be discerned on recent aerial photographs and is presumed to have been entirely removed.
