Parallel medieval or post medieval cultivation marks with associated field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 to the south of Chick's Coppice, Broad Witcham [1]. The features were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project, they have since been levelled and are not visible on Google Earth imagery [2].
