Full Description

Two old quarries are marked on the 1st edition 1:25-inch scale Ordnance Survey map to the south of Horsey Knap, Rampisham [1]. They are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 [2-5] and were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
