Full Description

A large curvilinear banked enclosure (90m by 68m) is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at the eastern edge of Wynford Wood, Wynford Eagle. It appears to have an east facing entrance with short in-turned banks extending outwards. It is considered to be of prehistoric date and was digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
