Full Description
A rounded hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Ashbed Plantation, Frome Vauchurch [1]. It is marked but unannotated on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map [2] and is considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pit or pond [2]. It was digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
