The extractive pit is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.

An 'Old Chalk Pit' with associated lime kiln is marked on the 1st edition 1:25-inch scale Ordnance Survey map to the west of Mary's Well Lnae, Toller Porcorum [1]. The extractive pit is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project [2].
