An 'Old Quarry' and 'Old Limekiln' are marked on the 1st edition 1:25-inch scale Ordnance Survey map at Chilfrome [1]. The quarry and an associated spoil heap are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project [2].
