A possible post medieval extractive pit to the east of Hound Hill Farm House is visible on current Lidar imagery (1).

The feature comprises a shallow trapezoidal depression approximately 17m long by up to 15m wide, with smooth rounded sides and a level base.

The feature was digitally plotted from current Lidar imagery by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
