Summary

A large low mound is visible earthworks on lidar imagery immediately to the south of Pitts Drive, Chilbridge Farm. It is 35m across and may be a Bronze Age round barrow or a lynchet associated with the field system described in MDO41817. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description

A large low mound is visible earthworks on lidar imagery immediately to the south of Pitts Drive, Chilbridge Farm (1). It is 35m across and may be a Bronze Age round barrow or a lynchet associated with the field system described in MDO41817. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
