Full Description
An irregular curvilinear enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1976 immediately to the west and north of the settlement and trackway described in MDO5867 and MDO41775 (1). It 25m by 16m across and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The feature may be of prehistoric origin although a more recent/natural feature (fungus ring) cannot be ruled out. It is one of two enclosures, the second described in MDO41792.
