An extensive series of parallel linear ditches is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs running NW, W and SW of Holt Heath (1-3). They are considered to be trackways of medieval or later date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The trackwasy extend over an area of 72 hectares.
