Full Description

Linear ditched features to the northwest of Barford Farm are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (1).

The features appear to form a partial sub-rectangular enclosure 40m by 33.6m; the west side and part of the south side are not visible. The enclosure is situated around 50m east of a probable Iron Age to Romano-British settlement (MDO41687). It is possible that the enclosure is broadly contemporary with these features, most likely Iron Age or Romano-British in date

The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
