Full Description
Ditched linear features on open ground at Corfe Hills, Corfe Mullen, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1-2).
The features comprise several sections of linear ditch set closely together on a broadly SW-NE alignment on an area of open ground recorded as open heathland on the OS 1st Edition map (3). The features are presumed to be historic trackways of probable post medieval date.
