Full Description
Ditched linear features on open ground at Corfe Hills, Corfe Mullen, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery (1-2).
The features comprise several sections of irregular linear ditches, on a broadly SE-NW alignment, on an area of open ground recorded as open heathland on the OS 1st Edition map (3). The features are presumed to be historic trackways of probable post medieval date.
