Full Description
Ditched linear features on the north side of Coneygar Lane are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1).
The features comprise interlinking linear and curvilinear ditches that extend across two historic enclosures contained by banked boundaries of probable medieval to post medieval origin (MDOs 41312 and 41313). They are are considered liekly to be part of a post medieval drainage system.
The site is now Coneygar Farm on current Google Earth imagery and the features are no longer visible. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
