A small shallow irregular depression to the east of Woodcutts Farm Cttages is visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1).

The feature is 15m by 18m. The form of the feature suggests a possible post medieval extractive pit.

The feature is no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
