A series of interlinking ditched features to the southwest of Lyons Wood Farm are visible on aerial photographs (1). The features are considered likely to be part of an extensive post medieval drainage system.
The site is still open fields on current Google Earth imagery and the features are still faintly visible. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
