A post medieval extractive pit at Colehill is visible on aerial photographs (1 and 2).

The feature comprises a 32.8m long by up to 16.8m wide teardrop-shaped hollow. The feature is presumed to be a post medieval extractive pit.

The site is under housing on Green Bottom on current Google Earth imagery and the features are no longer visible. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
