Full Description

A ditched linear feature at Canford Bottom, Colehill, is visible on 1950s aerial photographs (1).

The feature is slightly curvilinear in form and runs from southeast to northwest across part of a historic enclosure present on the OS 1st Edition map. It is presumed to be a post medieval trackway.

The site is under housing on the west side of Hayes Lane on current Google Earth imagery and the feature is no longer visible. It was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
