Summary
A near-circular hollow, 15m across, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of High Lea Dairy, Hinton Parva. It lies in a field to the north of Witchampton Lane in an area rich in Bronze Age barrows. It is possibly a pond barrow and an outlier to the High Lea Farm Group but may alternatively be a later extractive pit or natural hollow. The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description
A near-circular hollow, 15m across, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of High Lea Dairy, Hinton Parva (1). It lies in a field to the north of Witchampton Lane in an area rich in Bronze Age barrows. It is possibly a pond barrow and an outlier to the High Lea Farm Group but may alternatively be a later extractive pit or natural hollow. The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
