Full Description
The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of High Lea Dairy, Hinton Parva (1). It is one of a linear grouping of barrows and an extension of the High Lea Farm Group . The barrow is visible as a ring ditch 20m across and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. A round pit, 4m across, appears to abut the ring ditch on it's north west side; it may be contemporary or of later origin.
