Monument record MDO40692 - Historic field system, Witchampton

Bank and ditched field boundaries are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery in the fields to the south of Dark Lane, Witchampton. The boundaries fit in with the system marked on the OS 1st Edition Map and are considered to be part of a wider medieval or later field system. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
