Ditched curvilinear features to the southeast of Walford Bridge are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1).
The features are presumed to be historic trackways of probable post medieval date.
The site is a 20th century school and playing fields on current Google Earth imagery but some features remain visible closer to the eastern river edge. The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
